CodeMash has come and gone and I'm working on recovering some sleep. Day two went really well. I got to sleep in a hair longer, but the construction trucks with the beep, beep, beep reversing had me thinking there were constant alarms going off in the morning.
The talks of the day were really good for me. The slides from the TDD Python talk are here. It really makes me look forward to getting nose installed and running. I also saw a good talk from Neal Ford about productive programmers. It was actually a lot of fun seeing *nix based tools like grep, sed, etc on tip after tip for the Windows users. I'll definitely check out the book when it comes out.
I really enjoyed the conference and met several people from the Ann Arbor Computer Society. I think I'll add that to the list of monthly meetings I go to.
